Adrian College is a selective, liberal arts college offering a focused undergraduate education with available 4+1 Master’s programs. The College has experienced momentous growth that’s garnered national recognition in recent years. 

Adrian offers eight professional institutes dedicated to a personalized approach to education. Students are given a personal college experience with state-of-the-art facilities, small class sizes, dedicated faculty, and hands-on opportunities inside and outside of the classroom. More than 60% of students complete one or more internships during their college career, while others study abroad to increase their exposure to international issues.

Cloud Application Development
This program is best combined with Computer Science to offer additional expertise in the field of Cloud Development. The curriculum heavily features Google’s own training and helps to create a marketable, hirable graduate right away. 

Entrepreneurial Studies
Topics include how to develop a business model and how to write a business plan and secure funding. A Focus on the process of turning an idea into an actual new product or service, which requires new tools as well as creative thinking. 

Leadership
The leadership program is founded on the idea that leadership is an inherently ethical activity, and that successful leadership requires the breadth of knowledge and critical reasoning skills made possible by a liberal arts education.

Graphic Design
Our program is designed for students to learn areas like 2D design, 3D design, print media, digital media, Illustration, packaging design, environmental graphic design, user experience (UX) and user interface design (UI)

Significant Partnerships

Track and Explore Partnership
Adrian College has created a unique partnership with Michigan International Speedway to create an opportunity for education and science majors to teach students in grades 5-8 about key concepts in nature near Onsted, Michigan.

Sports Medicine
Through partnerships, the Institute for Sports Medicine at Adrian College brings health care providers, wellness professionals and the community together to stimulate change.

Clinical Partnerships
Adrian College’s new health and medical clinic is a collaboration between three organizations, Adrian College, ProMedica, and Adrian Steel.

Computer Science
Curriculum build in collaboration with Google. Google serves as a curriculum collaborator to the Computer Science and Cloud Computing courses in the program, providing ongoing guidance and feedback on the course topics and learning outcomes.

Multicultural Programs

TRIO Excel Program
TRIO Excel, a TRIO Student Support Services grant, provides support to students whose parents do not have bachelors’ degrees, who meet income guidelines, and/ or who have documented disabilities. 

P.R.I.D.E.
Promoting the Rights of Individuals Everywhere (PRIDE) is a student organization that aims to learn about and understand the conflicts and conquests of people with disabilities; to learn and educate PRIDE members and the AC Community about ways to support people with disabilities.

Adrian has been recognized as a ‘College of Distinction’ for ten years running because of its consistent commitment to student engagement. Colleges of Distinction has honored Adrian on both a state and national level for the ways in which it “immerses students in their fields, all while fostering a welcoming community that will support them through and beyond their college years.”
