Mosaic Leadership Academy
The Mosaic Leadership Academy is a scholarship program for 25 qualifying students that aims to create professional leaders who promote its four pillars: Leadership, Service, Career, and Diversity & Inclusion. The Academy and its educational and experiential opportunities instill an appreciation of diversity, inclusion, and respect. Qualifying students participate in a yearlong experience including 150 hours of professional development, community service, internship opportunities, study abroad options, and cultural responsiveness and leadership education. Students will receive a $4,000 scholarship for each academic year for up to four years.

Madonna Center for Business Development
The Center for Business Development unites students, faculty, and companies together for collaboration, innovation, and professional learning experiences. Students are mentored by both faculty experts and partners in the professional world, gaining valuable experience for their education and future careers. The Center for Business Development is partnered with Vision Real Capital, Qlik, and State Farm Insurance.

A Strong Focus on Experiential Learning
Internships, practicums, and field placements are required for academic credit in many Madonna University programs, due to the impact that experiential learning has on the student experience. These programs include, but are not limited to: Business Administration, Accounting, Sports Management, Computer Science, Broadcast Cinema Arts, Teacher Education, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology-Mental Health Concentration, Health Sciences, Music, Paralegal Studies, Exercise and Sport Science, and Sign Language Interpreting Studies.

Center for Research
The Center for Research at Madonna University promotes excellence in quality research, providing interested students with access to advisory boards, training workshops, and other resources. The Annual Symposium for Research Scholarship and Creativity allows students and faculty alike to share their research with the greater university community.

In a survey of 2022-23 graduates, 92% of graduates found employment within 6 months of graduation; 76% found employment within 3 months.  Sixty percent of graduates are earning a salary of $50,000 or more.  Eighty-nine percent of 2022-23 graduates stayed in Michigan post graduation.
